1.Can we create a customized design for one of your products?
We attempt to do our best with a print. However, mold development is required to adjust the lantern design. It is not without cost.

Yes, please provide a target pricing, and the specific styles will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
3.My order is insufficient. Can you help us out?
We only accept orders for at least ten of the same type of lantern. The expense of time and effort in actual manufacturing is the explanation.
4.Can you make lanterns to Japanese standards?

5.How is your product packaged? Can we pick our own packaging?
